A Surprise Package!

  

Steve and I get bills; Hailey gets a package from Nana. Must be fun to be 2.

She told me about a million times that the top was "stuck."

Lots of ohhinng... then she said "thank you."
 

I left her and Evan in the same room to go to the bathroom and when I came back Evan was purple and orange. Maybe she thought she was sharing.

Made a spaghetti squash the other night; first cooked it in the oven for 1 hour.

After cooking, sliced it in half.

Scooped out seeds to throw in the compost bin.

Sauted butter, fresh garlic, and fresh basil.
 

Scraped out the inside and threw it in the skillet.

 

Grated fresh parmasean cheese on top + more fresh basil + salt and pepper. Everyone gobbled it up. Delicious and easy!

Turned 3 months old last week... how quickly time flies.

The view while washing dishes... quite nice, right?
